"Happy exhibiton day" was the very first text message I received in the morning. It made my day... The exhibition was outside on the winery. Thank god it was not raining. YEEEEESS I was a bit worried about that because we had no plan b. (Call me smart-arse!)
We thought we were prepared for everything else BUT of course something was missing. The lady who was hired to take the photos of our opening! Plus my camera was running out of batteries. OMG is that bad luck or really stupid? I would say bouth. But in the end we mad it. We had our first little exhibtion in St George/ Queensland. In the middle of nowhere. Amazeballs. The atmosphere was great and I did meet beautiful people. Wine, photographs, candles, plamtress and the open air atmosphere was a great mix to present our three month work of documentary photographs.
The only thing which was more than a shame was that we didn't really take good photos of the whole evening. Isn't that ironic? Well cheers to blurry photos and two girls who made one small town happen!
